FAQs

  • My rule of thumb is that you always have choice. As a Certified Gentle Sleep Coach® trained by IACSC co-founder Kim West MSW, I armed myself with knowledge, sleep science, and a variety of approaches in the literature to customize a plan based on your family's preferences and needs.

  • Yes! It would be looked at as separate cases and may take longer, but I am happy to take on cases of multiples.

  • The SleepEasy Club believes in protecting what you believe is right for your family, while making sure all safety co-sleeping measures are in place. Note that bed-sharing is different from co-sleeping where you share a surface with your child - and bed-sharing is not recommended by the American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP) for children under 12 months of age.
